Staff Accountant, part-time (posted Jan 2021)

MHP is seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company. The Staff Accountant is responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, entry of accounts payable, vendor insurance tracking, reconciliation of restricted funding, support of cash receipts process and fundraising reconciliation. Apartment Assistance Program Specialist  (posted Jan 2021)

The Program Specialist will work under contract with the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) to manage the Apartment Assistance Program (AAP). AAP provides resources for owners and managers of small, multifamily, rental properties (2-50 units). See job description for more information.
